Performance
Optimize your training and unlock your physical potential.

Performance is rarely limited by effort. It is limited by how well your training matches the capacity you actually have today.
Start with an honest baseline
Before adding intensity, measure what you can repeat. Baseline testing across strength, speed and movement quality tells us where output is being lost, and where it can be recovered quickly.
A short assessment block removes guesswork and gives every following session a reference point.
Train the qualities in the right order
Power sits on top of strength, and strength sits on top of control. Sequencing those qualities across a training block keeps progress linear instead of erratic.
That structure is also what protects you: load rises only when the movement holding it is stable.
Let recovery decide the ceiling
Adaptation happens between sessions. Sleep, nutrition and deliberate recovery work set the highest useful training load, not motivation.
